As a Sales Consultant at Bath Fitter, you will have the satisfaction of building relationships with the homeowner while providing them with a premium product solution, with the security of a reputable, rapid growing company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be providing each prospective Bath Fitter customer with a complete, professional, and compelling presentation of our product lines and services using proven tools and techniques supplied by the company.
Meet or exceed closing sales objectives with the appointments given by the company and your self-generated appointments.
Along with the qualified leads provided by the company, you are expected to self-generate your own, when you do, your commission amount will increase.
QUALIFICATIONS
High energy and enthusiasm, with demonstrated ability and desire to perform in a fast growth environment.
Minimum of 3 years of award-winning sales experience.
High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Passion for home improvement.
Valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
