• And more!Job DetailsThis project will be for a 3-story garden-style luxury apartment complex in Atlanta, GA. Experienceo Minimum of 10 years hands on multifamily construction field experience.o Slab on grade wood framed construction.o Major site development. o Minimum project size: 200+ unitso Minimum project value: $25 MILLION o Managing direct reports: 2+ Assistant Superintendentso Software experience with MS Outlook, MS Project, and Procore Job site logistics plan:o Must be able to look at the entire site and create a plan: visualize where the trailer will go, where lumber will go, temp utilities - the entire layout of the construction siteThis is a traveling position. This project will bring the Lead on a 22 month project from start to finish. After, next project could be in Ashville, NC or Nashville, TN. All projects are in the SOUTHEAST.
