And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you'll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.

• Competitive pay:
• Average $1,500 per week/$78,000 yearly
• Starting pay of .60 cpm
• Reaching top pay of .63 cpm in 1.5 years
• With .01 cpm increase every 180 days
• Average 2,000 miles per week
• $25 stop pay
• Average 6 stops per week
• Detention, layover, and breakdown pay when applicable
• Company sponsored per diem program
• Weekly home time, with some mid-week home time
• Routes run Sunday - Saturday, most drivers are home during the week for at least 2 days depending on the dispatch
• Deliver pet supplies to customer's retail stores in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida
• Early morning and late afternoon dispatch
• Some stores require drivers to unload with electric pallet jack
• Vendor backhauls are live load and 3rd party backhauls are live load/unload
• When running local/ backhaul will make $25 / hour CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits:

    • Must live within a 75-mile radius
    • Must have 1+ months' verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • Must have Class A CDL
    • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
    • No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
    • No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
    • No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too close, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
    • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
    • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Essential functions:
      • Load freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
      • Unload freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
      • Move freight - force requirement: 54 lbs
      • Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
      • Count freight
      • Complete fuel tickets
      • Obtain sales leads
      • Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
      • Perform pre-trip inspections
      • Drive
      • Regular predictable attendance
      • Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
      • Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
