Tebarco Mechanical Corporation is actively seeking a Project
Manager to join the team in Alpharetta, GA. Hours/Schedule:
Full-time opportunity, Monday-Friday
7am - 4pm (Must be flexible to extended hours as needed)Work
environment: Onsite, various locations Who we are: Tebarco is a

site
utilities, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, industrial process,
medical gas, gray

About the role:This position is accountable for the successful
delivery of
TMC's assigned or sold construction projects.What you'll do:
Achieve benchmarked profit margins/objectives for 90+%
of all managed projects.
Understand and identify
project budgets, expectations, scope of work, and deliverables.
Support all project
team members, subcontractors included, while clearly
communicating
project needs and objectives as related to those individuals.
Maintain clear
communication with peers and support staff throughout all
departments and
divisions of TMC including dispatch/manpower scheduling, billing,
and
payroll.
Maintain safe working
conditions including the availability and usage of proper tools
and
resources.
Organize or support
labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, technology, safety,
and
warranty issues.
Regularly review
project performance and implement corrective measures as
necessary.
Communicate project
shortfalls with estimator, sales Rep, account manager, or
person(s)
involved in establishing the projects budget or costs.
Understand evolving
industry trends and competitive advantages, including technologies,
as
related to your project completion.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by the completion of
projects.
Ensure all business is
being performed in compliance with applicable codes, designs,
and
requirements.
Maintain a clear
understanding of TMC's product and service offerings.
Establish and maintain
an effective communication system that promotes moral, ethical and
legal
business and encourages involvement from all team members.
Apply Key Account
business strategies and tactics to maximize existing customer
satisfaction.
Support the appropriate
manager regarding team growth and performance evaluations
including
involvement in: recruiting, hiring, managing, training,
evaluating,
disciplining, and terminating.
Complete and deliver all project documentation in a
professional and timely manner.
Documentation, whether
electronic or physical, may include submittals, installation
and
operation manuals, permits and inspection reports, as-built
drawings, key
contact information, warranties, etc.
Capably operate and
utilize MS office programs and applicable mobile apps.
Represent TMC in a professional manner with customers,
vendors, staff and the general public.
Dress and groom in a
clean, neat, presentable manner while working.
Provide competent
leadership while setting a positive example for all fellow team
members.
Difficult customers,
diagnostic issues, and pressure situations in a controlled
manner.
Communicate effectively
with different personalities while showing proper attention to
detail.
maintain a strong
professional reputation with a well-connected network.
Our ideal candidate:
8+ years' experience as a Project Manager.
(Understanding of Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Systems is a
plus).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
while maintaining quality.
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and orally
about highly technical subject matter.
Thorough understanding of mechanical systems and
component materials.
Ability to work extended hours and workdays in a
fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and work demands as
needed.
Capacity to analyze a problem from multiple
perspectives and explore creative solutions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail with a desire for excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency with Procore or other construction
management software strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational and project management
abilities.
Ability to work well with others.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Valid Drivers' license.
