The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, identifying the right Salesforce solution, and leading the project in an agile manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce projects on time and within budget. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that our Salesforce solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Analyze and understand customer requirements to identify the optimal Salesforce solution that aligns with their business objectives and technical constraints
• Design, configure, and implement scalable and flexible Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and integrations with third-party systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, data models, and process flows
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure project success in an agile environment
• Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients to gather requirements, review solution designs, and provide updates on project progress
• Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and platform capabilities
• Continuously improve and optimize the implemented Salesforce solutions, based on customer feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including the development of proposals, estimates, and solution demonstrations Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce solutions, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Platform
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects in an agile environment (SaFe, SCRUM)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and integration patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong visualization skills in PowerPoint or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and project requirements
  • US Citizen/Green Card/EAD required
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or automotive software development preferred
  • Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Auto Cloud, or Einstein Analytics
  • German language skills
