General Job Description
IES Residential is currently seek a dedicated Foreman to run our jobsite in the Atlanta, Ga area!
Location: Job sites in and surrounding the Atlanta, Ga area
Compensation: Depending on experience
Hours: Full-time

• Oversees projects in multi-family homes
• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers in accordance with the engineers' specifications and the National Electric Code
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision
• Maintains working relationship with subcontractors, division managers, and other skilled trades
• Analyzes and resolves work problems
• Maintains knowledge of and enforces company safety rules and procedures
• Quickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible person
• Assess material, equipment, and labor needed to complete assigned tasks and ensure all items required are ordered and at the job site in compliance with the scheduled requirements
• Communicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understood t10
  Minimum Education
  None
  Minimum Years of Experience
  2-4
  Specific Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience as an Electrical Foreman in Multi-Family area
  • Possess knowledge of the current National Electric Code
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings
  • Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
  • Must have OSHA 10
  • Must have Multi Family experience as a Job Foreman
  • Needs 1st aid/CPR.
