Title: Project Consultant Duration: 12 months Pay Rate: $30 to $32/hr Job Description: Supports Medical Equipment Planners in equipment planning, in the development and maintenance of equipment specifications and equipment templates. Edits and reviews detailed templated equipment lists and performs all quality checks. To maintain and update equipment, and imaging databases used as the basis for the equipment planning system and are used by Medical Equipment Planners, Architects, Designers and Purchasing. To work with the Principal MEP's to ensure the database represents KP contracts and National Products' Council Core Groups and SST's decisions. To work with vendors to ensure the accuracy of specifications and pricing to ensure accurate budgeting and design of projects to prevent costly change orders .To develop specifications consistent with industry best practices. To act as a resource to Capital Project Teams and Medical Equipment Planners.
--- Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: Minimum education: Associates degree in medical, healthcare, architecture, engineering, construction management or two years of experience in a directly related field High School Diploma or GED --- How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? Two years --- Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Excel, Edge & Chrome web browser, MS SharePoint, Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, comprehensive application for marking up and editing files, database management and presentation software, working knowledge
