Job Description:


The HRIS Data Analyst is responsible for creating reports in a simple and presentable manner that provide relevant information for the HR and Operations team and our clients. This person is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data in the different HRIS systems and being the subject matter expert for all HR systems.



- Create reports, dashboards, trends, and analyses in Excel or other software that clearly shows trends, requested information, and actionable items.

- Disseminate reports as requested and in a timely basis to internal and external team members.

- Audit data to ensure information is correct in the reports.

- Consistently review processes and information to ensure efficient and effective use of time and information.


- Be involved in any implementation or discovery of HR systems, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, ATS, security, etc.

- Become the subject matter expert for all systems previously mentioned.

- Audit the data in the systems to ensure data is properly entered and consistent with company policy and procedure.

- Partner with HR team members to train and assist in providing more efficient processes for data entry and reporting.

- Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, information systems, human resources, or related field preferred

- 1+ year(s) of experience in data analytics role, preferably in human resources department


- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills

- Expert in Microsoft Excel; Basic skills in other Microsoft programs (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Basic understanding of VBA preferred but not required

- Ability to grasp quickly on HRIS systems and understand them from end user point of view

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy

- Good mathematical and calculation skills

- Adaptable, client service-focused, collaborative, organized, and skilled at multitasking

- Ability to plan and implement tasks from inception to completion in a quality and effective manner

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, talk and/or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities include close vision. Works from a normal office setting; however, may be required to walk out to the manufacturing facility where the temperature may be colder, PPE is required, and the noise level is louder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,056.30 - $65,000.00 per year
