Client Onboarding Analyst
The guiding mission of the Client Onboarding Analyst is to ensure clients receive a seamless and positively engaging product onboarding experience post contract signature, increasing retention and future upsells. -
The Client Onboarding Analyst will serve as a single point of contact for all client onboarding. They will simplify the process for the client and will make sure they are trained on how to engage with our tools, products, and services. They will provide a world-class experience that improves engagement, ultimately increasing client retention and spend.
What you will do here

  • Make outbound calls/emails to new or existing clients for product onboarding
  • Act as a trusted client advisor and partner for the entire onboarding journey
  • Explain the post-sales service process, guiding clients through the on-boarding experience and ensuring the delivered services meet and exceed their goals
  • Direct oversight and responsibility for the entire client experience, beginning with post-sales onboarding and implementation, through adoption and enablement, and through renewal achievement and growth
  • Build impeccable, durable relationships providing clients with timely value propositions, service consultation and insights
  • Work with clients to ensure they receive the services and support needed to achieve their goals by advising and guiding them through the onboarding process, conducting training and providing on-going consultation for service optimization
  • Understand the client's needs and communicating strategic behaviors, data and KPIs to the sales, marketing, executive, and product teams

    What we need from you:

    • 2+ years' experience in a transactional Customer Success, Operations, Service, or related role.
    • Demonstrated ability of working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and vendors to make sure everything is geared to client success.
    • Experience with digital marketing, preferably in the multi-family industry.
    • Proven ability in a fast-paced transactional environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, possessing writing skills that balance creativity, style and adherence to best practices for grammar, punctuation and accuracy. -
    • Ability to communicate effectively in a dynamic and open workspace, cultivating positive working relationships with clients, vendors and team members within and across job functions.
    • Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn that analysis into action.
