Send an email to or call 877-891-2510 (accommodation requests only; other inquiries won't receive a response).Regular or Temporary:RegularLanguage Fluency: English (Required)Work Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:The RoleAs a Wealth Analyst you will learn about all aspects to begin a successful career in financial services that includes core systems training, product knowledge, securities registrations and insurance licensing requirements.--- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)--- Series 7--- Series 63--- Series 65--- Life, Health & Variable*Analysts must obtain securities registrations and insurance licenses within 160 days from orientation completion to continue with the program.Analysts will also have the opportunity to participate in multiple role rotations within Wealth. The 18 to 24-month program includes multiple mini rotations, and focuses on 4 three-month rotations within Wealth:

  • Financial Advisor/Financial Consultant - You will spend time with financial advisors understanding how they interact with clients and build their book of business. This includes activities such as client meetings, making effective outbound calls, submitting paperwork and working within key systems.
  • Investment Analyst - You will spend time with Investment Analysts and Investment Managers learning how to create client presentations, conduct industry research, and understand how to make changes to investment mixes based on the current market.
  • Wealth Advisor - You'll work with Wealth Advisors assisting with financial planning, creating sales presentations, helping to prepare for client meetings by conducting research and other assigned activities.
  • Project Management - You will be assigned to various teams across Wealth to help with projects that help transform and move our business forward.What to ExpectThroughout your time as a Wealth Analyst, you will play a meaningful role in supporting internal business partners and external clients. You will expand your leadership and collaborative team skills, while gaining industry and technical knowledge. Our program also offers vast exposure to senior leaders within Wealth, a support network of mentors and peers, and the chance to join the close-knit Wealth community.Upon program completion, analysts who meet performance requirements may be placed in one of the Wealth roles mentioned above, as well as others-based on business needs, analyst preference and performance.The Requirements
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (business or finance preferred) at an accredited college or university
    • Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
    • Superior written and oral communication abilities
    • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented
    • Ability to self-manage, adapt to a fast paced environment, collaborate well with teams
