The position can be based out of any of our major offices in San Diego, Oakland, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Washington DC, Austin or New York - -

Responsibilities:
Receive and execute instructions from the Team Leader and be responsible and accountable for completing the assigned projects or tasks with required level of quality, on schedule and on budget with minimal guidance and supervisionProvide sustainability consulting support to our clients, including administering and coordinating certification processes for the latest sustainable building rating systems - LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, etc.Develop sustainability recommendations and reports for clientsPerform Life Cycle Cost Assessments and carbon accountingCoordinate information between architects, building owners, contractors and other consultantsProvide mentoring and coaching to junior staff with lower levels of responsibility and lesser qualification or experienceWrite sustainability specifications, design standards, and healthy materials performance requirements in close collaboration with design teams.

Qualifications:
University degree in Architecture, Building or Environmental engineering or sciences, or related equivalent is requiredLEED Accredited Professional certificationMinimum 2 years of consulting experience in administering LEED certification services and providing sustainable design consultingFurther certification in other related engineering or science fields (i.e. sustainable engineering) is beneficialKnowledgeable in using the latest version of Building Codes, ASHRAE Standards and sustainability reference standardsExpertise in zero carbon, circularity and waste, biophilic design, healthy materials and Red List Free materials, and high-performance design a plus. -Integral Group is an equal opportunity employer and we prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type as protected by federal, state, or local laws.
