Starting Salary $90,000 for all first year BCBAs! Start above $100K based on years of experience. We are looking to hire BCBA Clinical Supervisors who will carry the following responsibilities in addition to providing supervisory oversight to their caseload:

  • Manage workflow of treatment teams, monitor schedules, and delegate tasks
  • Assess the work performance of their treatment team and identify areas that may need improvement
  • Ensure that business goals deadlines, and performance standards are met
  • Train and onboard new hires to ensure they understand their tasks and role
  • Set an example for treatment team to ensure they comply with Therapyland's company policy, plans, and vision
