Find out today how Experian Automotive data and insights can help business grow, -Job DescriptionSpecific responsibilities include: -Independently consults on and off client premises to support the use of Velocity, registration, sales, Brand and Dealer Loyalty and related information throughout the organization including, but not limited to; Network Development, Sales Operations, Brand Management, Aftersales, Commercial, Regional office and C-Level executives.Serves as primary on and offsite point-person for custom reporting, analysis, ad-hoc investigations, automotive data and Velocity training. Liaising with OEM partners and agencies.Requires a solid understanding of the auto industry including business and operations, automotive registration and sales data, State privacy restrictions, uses, and specific end user applications and query tools at the corporate, dealer and agency level. Highly effective communication, problem solving and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities:Proactively initiate analysis, presentations and recommendation for various departments based on latest market data and trends. Conduct quarterly executive market briefings with clientsDevelop and present insightful summaries and business implications to client teams based on Experian and client information. Presentations may be in a one-to-one fashion, or via formal presentations in front of small or large groupsAnswer questions regarding Velocity and data/functionality/report related areasTrain current and new users including at corporate, Field and partner agenciesLead meetings and feedback/QA sessions to discuss future report/information needsFacilitate fast problem resolution for any system and reporting inquiriesConduct meaningful Discovery sessions to assess customer needs and requirements for custom analysis. Translate and clearly communicate project purpose, requirements and technical specifications to Account Management, IT and Project Management for level of effort, pricing and Statement-of-Work where appropriatePartnering with that Account Management team, conduct regularly scheduled performance meetings with client business owners to assess how well things are going and to identify areas of continuous improvementKey Competencies:Highly proficient in automotive registration, sales and loyalty dataProficient with Tableau, report builder and query systems in generalAnalytical and highly consultativeAbility to present analysis and ideas to C-level executivesProfessional and confident enough to handle tough questions/discussion in complex organizations involving dealers, regions, and agency partnersPro-active, action oriented, results driven, ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsPosition Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or Marketing with at least three (3) years automotive industry experience in a marketing, sales or consulting role, or equivalent combination of education and expertiseExceptional writing and presentation skillsRequires the ability to identify and analyze opportunities and their impact on the businessExcellent assessment/probing and negotiation skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPointFundamental knowledge of database design issues and concepts related to queries driven from compiled files and multiple data sourcesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
