The Business Process Improvement Senior Consultant will support the strategic and operational needs of transforming organizations. Candidates must be able to support diverse teams across multiple engagements, conduct requirements gathering and future state visioning sessions with senior-level clients, analyze and document complex quantitative and qualitative datasets, develop work products for senior level executive clients (e.g. standard operating procedures, job aides, Visio process flows, guidance documents), and support the creation and maintenance of project documentation. Candidates must have client-facing experience in supporting business process improvement initiatives.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Support a portfolio of management consulting projects, with particular focus on business process improvement projects for public health clients
Guide clients through complex efforts (e.g., organizational transformations, business process re-engineering), using approaches grounded in best practices
Develop and deliver recommendations for process optimization, organizational improvements, and change management and stakeholder engagement
Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, problem-solve, and support decision-making
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, including planning and facilitating client meetings
Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
Utilize creative thinking skills and individual initiative to inform both client work and internal efforts
Develop trusted relationships with clients
Provide guidance and feedback to team members



Bachelor 's Degree in relevant field
At least 3 years management consulting experience or applicable process improvement experience in a professional services or healthcare environment
At least 3 years experience supporting large client organizations, with federal experience preferred
At least 1 year experience leading project work, including client interactions and managing project timelines


Process improvement and/or project management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CAPM, PMP) or Master 's Degree (MBA, MPH, MPP, MHA, MPA, MSOD)
Project management experience
Experience analyzing large and complex data sets, including a demonstrated thorough aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, and proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback
