Description*Must be able to travel 50-75% in the domestic US*What You Will Do In Your RoleLead and manage reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives at various sites across the company:Lead the identification, prioritization, and mitigation of key equipment risks and processes at the mill sitesUtilizing a Best Practice and Systematic approach to identifying, prioritizing, and closing electrical asset reliability gapsBuild and execute an electrical reliability capability that delivers maximum, long-term value to the organizationCoach, Mentor and develop site electrical talent to improve asset Reliability capability through the application of reliability Best PracticesConduct Root Cause Analysis as needed and make recommendations for corrective actionsProactively share knowledge and collaborate with capabilities at the corporate, business unit, and site level to ensure the best knowledge is included in decision makingManaging Small Electrical Projects at the sitesLeading Outage Management Initiatives and providing outage support to the mill sitesKnowledge & Skills:Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance resultsDemonstrated leadership in improving electrical equipment reliabilityDemonstrated leadership in improving manufacturing and reliability/maintenance resultsSystematic approach to identifying, prioritizing, and closing identified reliability gapsWorking knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation, including Potential Problem Analysis (PPAStrong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and planning/scheduling/execution skillsProject Management skillsWorking knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation, including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)Experienced in Electrical Outage Work Processes and outage management experienceThe Experience You Will BringRequirements:Electrical Engineering degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years manufacturing and reliability experienceManufacturing/industrial supervisory experienceExperience with implementing reliability tools.PC skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point and capable of quickly learning new software programsOur goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
