Overview Trophy Point Investment Group is seeking a Marketing
Technology Specialist to lead the technical and operational side of
our marketing infrastructure. This role is not a traditional
creative marketing position , but a technology-driven role focused
on automation, data integrity, system optimization, and the
efficient delivery of marketing and investor communications. The
ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HubSpot and related
marketing systems, be able to translate business goals into
effective automations and workflows, and ensure seamless
integration between our CRM, website, and investor portals. You’ll
also help manage the technical side of website updates and maintain
data-driven visibility across all marketing performance metrics.
Core Responsibilities 1. HubSpot Administration & Optimization
(Mandatory – 3 Years Experience) Serve as the primary administrator
and strategist for HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM. Design, build,
and optimize workflows, sequences, pipelines, deal stages, and
integrations. Implement automation to manage lead capture, scoring,
and nurturing for borrowers and investors. Maintain database
health, segment contacts, and ensure compliance with data privacy
regulations. Develop dashboards and reports that track engagement,
conversion, and ROI. 2. Campaign & Funnel Execution Build and
manage marketing and sales funnels, including landing pages, forms,
and automated email journeys. Support team leads in launching
targeted campaigns for borrower and investor audiences. Set up A/B
tests, performance tracking, and reporting within HubSpot.
Collaborate with the Lending and Investor Relations teams to align
messaging and ensure smooth lead flow through the funnel. 3.
Website & Systems Oversight Oversee website updates and
functionality in coordination with developers and designers. Ensure
the website and investor portal are optimized for user experience,
SEO, and lead capture. Manage integrations between HubSpot, the
company website (WordPress), investor portal, and other systems.
Track and report on web performance analytics (via HubSpot and
Google Analytics). Participate in discussions regarding the
transition and ownership of ongoing website management. 4.
Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Create, monitor, and
refine dashboards for marketing and sales KPIs. Deliver actionable
insights to improve lead quality, engagement rates, and conversion
performance. Provide regular reporting to the COO and CEO on
marketing system performance and opportunities for optimization. 5.
Email & Investor/Borrower Communication Support development and
delivery of automated borrower and investor communications. Manage
system setup for newsletters, event invites, and follow-ups. Ensure
all communications are technically sound, compliant, and delivered
effectively. 6. Technology & Tool Management Evaluate and recommend
marketing technology tools to enhance efficiency and data
visibility. Maintain SOPs and internal documentation for HubSpot
and connected systems. Ensure all marketing systems remain
integrated, secure, and optimized for scalability. Qualifications
Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM and Marketing
Hub experience (administration level). Proven experience managing
marketing automation and CRM systems in a B2B or financial services
environment. Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion
funnels, and data management. Familiarity with website CMS
platforms (preferably WordPress) and system integrations.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make
strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and
organizational skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience in real estate, private lending, or financial services
