We are one of the premier training centers of New Horizons Worldwide, the world's largest independent provider of computer training.-- New Horizons has trained over 30 million students in our 30+ year history in over 300 training centers in 70 countries. Description, Responsibilities, and Job Functions: ------------ Selling Best in Class training solutions to small, medium, and large companies Achieving sales and collection goals Cold calling, sales calls, and generating new business Dealing with Corporate decision makers, to enable Game Changing results for their Organizations and Industry To Enable our Clients to leverage training spend to business advantage To Enable our clients to maximize Human Capital within their organizations Provide professional product knowledge Assist in registration of initial classes, and explain all lab and testing procedures and policies Manage ongoing client relationships, including conducting regular meetings to monitor progress through training and programs Gain a complete and ongoing understanding of the products, programs, certification, and classes available to clients Manage the prospect and customer database through proper procedures regarding follow-up calls, prospect status and account ownership -- Requirements Minimum of 3-5 year's successful direct sales experience in technology, training, software or adjacent industries Prior cold calling is required.-- 'Hunter" position. Ability to identify needs and sell solutions to those needs Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Outstanding analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills Must be efficient with computer software and tools necessary to accomplish the administrative tasks required in the position - MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM or previous CRM software, and LinkedIn. Organizational skills regarding your desktop, files, folders, etc. You must be a well-organized person to reach maximum potential. Able to make 60 calls a day, while also maintaining a disciplined follow-up regimen. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to stand out from a crowd. Strong employment history a plus and military veterans are welcome
