Role Title: Lockbox Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA 30349 - Onsite
Duration: 06-07 months + Possible Extension
Start date: ASAP
Pay Rate: ($17-$18) hourly.
Schedule: Weekend Day - Friday thru Monday - 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Training - Monday thru Thursday; 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking an Image Capture Representative to join our team.
This role involves the scanning and imaging of customer/client documents received through various mail services.
The successful candidate will ensure that all documents are processed according to departmental guidelines and will operate high-speed machinery for scanning and imaging tasks.

Responsibilities:
Operate high-speed scanning machinery for document imaging.
Perform user maintenance on scanning machines.
Extract documents from envelopes and identify exception transactions.
Handle cash, credit card payments, and foreign items.
Conduct Match and Compare, Health Logic Match and Compare, and Special Health Logic Match and Compare as requested by clients.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Required Skills:
Experience with high-speed scanning machinery.
Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify exceptions.
Basic cash handling and payment processing skills.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
