Job Description:

A company is looking for a Home Retention Specialist to assist borrowers in resolving financial issues related to home ownership.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and request necessary documents for assistance applications
Access multiple systems to inform borrowers about loan workout terms and deadlines
Provide information on escalation procedures and ensure compliance with mortgage laws and guidelines

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing or loss mitigation preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, and FHA/VA workout requirements
Familiarity with FDCPA and CFPB Servicing Guidelines
Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
