Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 3 to serve
as a Team Lead in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as team lead and assist with daily operations and
communication
Monitor agent calls for quality assurance and provide support
across services
Train new agents and ensure compliance with scheduling and
registration requirements
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
General knowledge of office procedures and operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information
Any relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may
be considered
