Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Entry/Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support and promote change management and departmental initiatives
within assigned areas
Ensure departmental quality and service standards are met or
exceeded
Maintain accurate member records by verifying provided information
and making necessary changes
Required Qualifications
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
No prior experience required
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a
team environment
