Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Specialist to manage and
resolve pharmacy claims efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and identify a portfolio of rejected pharmacy claims to
ensure maximum payer reimbursement
Research and resolve rejected claims by collaborating with national
Medicare D plans and third-party insurance companies
Monitor and resolve revenue at risk associated with billing,
rebilling, and reversal processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's
Degree desired
Experience in customer service is required
Up to one year of related experience is desired; Pharmacy
Technician experience is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and retain a large
amount of information
Basic math aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are
required
