Volt is immediately hiring Assembly Technician in (Alpharetta,
GA)

As an Assembly Technician you will be:
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or
electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled
hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications,
terms and documents.
Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in
performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable
harnessing on assembly units.
Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint
specifications.
Overall Summary
Fully proficient support individual contributor.
Works under limited supervision.
May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.
Nature of Supervision
Works under limited supervision.
Less detailed instructions are provided and minimal peer review is
required.
Communication & Influence
Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the
department on matters that involve obtaining or providing
information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand
and reach agreement.
May be a resource to other employees in areas of proficiency.
Innovation & Complexity
Work may be structured within identified boundaries and

Education & Experience
Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6
years of prior relevant experience or 2 years
post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior
related experience.
This is a 12 Month full time Contract or Contract to hire
opportunity.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
