LOCATION: RemoteREPORTS TO: VP of Technology KEY RELATIONSHIPS
AND TEAM: The Lead Enterprise and Solutions Architect will work
closely with a diverse set of internal stakeholders to ensure the
successful delivery of high-quality, compliant technology
solutions. This seat will collaborate with leadership to align
technical strategies with business objectives. The individual will
mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, and
developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and
innovation. Additionally, the role will require regular interaction
with product management, compliance, and risk teams to ensure that
solutions adhere to relevant regulatory standards. Effective
communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is
key to translating complex architectural decisions into actionable
goals and ensuring alignment across departments. The Senior
Director will also work closely with external partners, vendors,
and regulatory bodies as necessary to stay ahead of compliance
changes and emerging technologies.THE OPPORTUNITY: The Lead
Enterprise and Solutions Architect will be a strategic leader
responsible for the design, architecture, and development of our
core compliance technology products. This role will involve setting
the technical direction, collaborating with the engineering teams,
and ensuring that our solutions meet the stringent requirements of
the automotive finance and regulatory compliance sectors. The ideal
candidate will possess leadership skills, a deep understanding of
compliance-driven technology development, and the ability to drive
innovation while maintaining a focus on security, scalability, and
regulatory adherence.Specifically, the Lead Enterprise and
Solutions Architect will have responsibility to:Provide
architectural runway for our platform, ensures our ability to
expand our feature set.Ensure the scale, performance and alignment
of foundational capabilities are continuously improving in
alignment with our business goals.Align capabilities and
accountability across all technology teams (SW delivery, security,
SRE, etc.)Ensure a highly aligned set of architectural guiding
principles and standards are well communicated and understood by
all delivery and product teams.Ensure alignment for IT initiatives
are maintained throughout the organization, risks are understood
and provide context for leadership to make timely decisions.Create
an environment of continuous growth and opportunity for our
engineering teams, provide for a path to skills improvements in
soft and hard skills for our engineers, based on well-established

evolvingOther duties as assigned.Professional Qualifications: The
following knowledge, skills, education, and experiences are
required:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in ArchitectureProven experience
managing cloud-based infrastructure, preferable AWS, GSP, or
AzureProven experience with Jira, Office 365, and delivery
tools.Experience with automation tools.Ability to analyze data.Lean
agile delivery experience.Excellent written and verbal
communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams.The following
