LOCATION: RemoteREPORTS TO: VP of Technology KEY RELATIONSHIPS AND TEAM: The Lead Enterprise and Solutions Architect will work closely with a diverse set of internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant technology solutions. This seat will collaborate with leadership to align technical strategies with business objectives. The individual will mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and innovation. Additionally, the role will require regular interaction with product management, compliance, and risk teams to ensure that solutions adhere to relevant regulatory standards. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is key to translating complex architectural decisions into actionable goals and ensuring alignment across departments. The Senior Director will also work closely with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies as necessary to stay ahead of compliance changes and emerging technologies.THE OPPORTUNITY: The Lead Enterprise and Solutions Architect will be a strategic leader responsible for the design, architecture, and development of our core compliance technology products. This role will involve setting the technical direction, collaborating with the engineering teams, and ensuring that our solutions meet the stringent requirements of the automotive finance and regulatory compliance sectors.
