Overview
Job Purpose ICE Data Services is seeking an exceptional and highly
motivated Feeds Delivery Specialist to join a fast-paced Global
Delivery Team. The specialist is an integral part of ICE Data
Services overall operational workflow which contributes
significantly to the overall success of the business. In this role,
the Feeds Delivery Specialist will act in a project manager
capacity, responsible for the set-up and management of new and
existing client onboardings, business implementations, and product
configurations for ICE Data Services. The role will manage the
communication and drive the direction of each project, working
closely with both internal parties and customers to ensure an
excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
- Establish strong working relationship with internal
stakeholders and clients throughout the project life cycle.
- Act as liaison between stakeholder personnel and teams to
streamline workflows and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Assist in coordination of project activities, managing
resources, facilitating meetings, and communication to ensure
projects are on time, are compliant with external vendor policies,
and meet ICE's product standards.
- Create and maintain proper workflow documentation, project
trackers, and revenue forecast reports
- Monitor project progress against the project plan, identifying
potential risks and issues, and reporting status updates to all
stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively address potential project risks and
develop contingency plans.
- Performing administrative responsibilities within system
database tools related to project work.Knowledge and
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in client service implementations or
project management
- PC skills including ability to use Microsoft Excel, ServiceNow.
Salesforce a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
skills
- Experienced with teamwork and collaboration
- Customer service skills including excellent business judgment
skills
- Sound ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time sensitive
environment
- Analytical skills required to review data, apply logic and
reason, and draw appropriate conclusions about findings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceSchedule This
role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
