Voyage - Apply Now Position Summary: The SailPoint Specialist will
primarily oversee Access Reviews, Certifications, Attestations, and
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). The role enforces controls to
abide by the principle of least privilege by reviewing and
adjusting permissions within Role-Based Access Functional Roles.
Position Description:
- Prepare, launch, and manage a dozen annual identity governance
reviews, certifications, and attestations in a timely manner,
ensuring data integrity and extreme organization.
- Partner with business and IT groups to collaborate on issues,
challenges, process updates, and onboarding of assets to
SailPoint.
- Develop and document new processes and update existing ones;
communicate and train the team on new and updated processes and
monitor processes for accurate implementation.
- Advocate for the adoption of industry standards and practices.
Strive for automation of processes, access, account provisioning,
account de-provisioning, and access certification
functionality.
- Create and pull reports to support the effectiveness and
efficiency of the Access Review team's processes.
- Interact with audit regarding testing of controls and produce
evidence for the controls being tested.
- Assist or lead initiatives.
- Oversee the scheduling, planning, launching, conducting,
closure, and post-activities of all access reviews, certifications,
and attestations.
- Guide team members in addressing questions, inquiries, or
situations that deviate from standard processes.
- Be actively involved in onboarding applications and
entitlements.
- Display knowledge regarding the Segregation of Duties (SOD)
processes.
- Work independently and make routine decisions within the scope
of the position with little to no supervision.Knowledge &
Experience:
- Computer literate with proficiency in internet searching,
Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- 2+ years of experience with identity lifecycle and governance
processes.
- Experience with SailPoint.
- Prior experience and knowledge in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and
functionality.#LI-KS2Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed

comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary
range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in
the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers
incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales
incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to
reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this
posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted
salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work
experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level
and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time
roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
