We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead/Technical Writer with a
strong background in public cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a talent
for translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and
user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with our
engineering, product, and architecture teams to create high-quality
content that supports our cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for
example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change
controls, and tollgates, etc.)
- Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across
multiple teams
- Facilitates communication and collaboration across
organizations to support the deliverable completion and
timeline
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders
and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and
schedule
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution
is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management
standards
- Capable of working on system vulnerabilities with existing team
and other teams to resolve within required timeframes
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within
the cloud computing domain
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical
documentation, including user guides, API documentation, white
papers, and best practices for our public cloud and hybrid cloud
solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product
managers to gather information and understand the functionalities
and intricacies of our cloud offerings
- Create and manage a library of technical documentation and
ensure it is kept current with the latest product releases and
updates
- Simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience,
ranging from technical experts to non-technical users
- Work with cross functional teams to produce engaging content
that highlights the benefits and features of our cloud
solutions
- Review and edit documentation created by other team members to
ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and
best practices in cloud computing to continuously improve our
documentation processes and content
- Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,
Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen
attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make
them easily understandable
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and
collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Technical Writing, or a related field
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools
(e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
