    About the Role:


    • This position is primarily responsible for all Fiber Voice Installations across the ILEC footprint.


    • Cutover activity, Network Upgrades and TDM decommissions.


    • Voice testing within the ILEC footprint for new sites, card-adds, and other provisioning plans where voice will be required or installed.


      What You'll Do:


      • Switch Provisioning across multiple platforms (DMS100/500, DMS10/CS1500, GTD5, DCO, EWSD & Metaswitch).


      • Equipment provisioning across various vendor platforms and equipment types, including but not limited to Calix and Adtran ONT's, Actiontec, Sagemcom and Polycom ATA Devices.


      • Building/configuring voice gateways.


      • Providing support to field technicians during customer installations.


      • Providing support for cutover activity relating to voice services.


        Do You Have:

        • Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 2-3 years technical/telephony experience with 2+ years directly related to the job; or 4+ years of directly related telephony experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or directly related telephony experience required

          The starting compensation range for this job is $34,400 to $43,800.
