People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high-performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture's workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture's business and technology strategies.

The Workplace Service Delivery Supervisor is accountable for the delivery of a suite of Workplace Services on site at the Accenture LLP Atlanta location.

This role will include supporting customer facing activities within Office Services such as audio-visual, catering, reception services, space utilization management, security, life safety, as well as facility and building management such as asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, and mail delivery.

The Workplace Service Delivery Supervisor will oversee the related people teams and operating budgets as well as vendor and other business partner relationships and will view all aspects of workplace operations through a hospitality lens; offering continuous white glove service and creating an exceptional experience for our team and our guests within a global, industry-leading corporation.

  • Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision (including succession planning and people development strategy)

  • Define performance metrics and monitor performance against the strategy and revise/update strategies as appropriate.

  • Use judgment to anticipate customer service needs, resolve non-routine issues and take action accordingly

  • Design and manage new or changes to, existing operating models, technologies, and business applications to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy.

  • Review strategic service model options as appropriate

  • Influence relevant leadership and/or stakeholders to act in line with the strategic direction of Workplace Solutions.

  • Manage key relationships with external service providers and between Workplace Solutions and other customer groups, Corporate Functions and user groups to ensure correct alignment with business priorities

  • Account for the integrity of key human resources processes including career development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management.

    Job requirements:

    • This role will be located at the Accenture Atlanta Office - Atlanta, 75 Fifth, Corp

    • The hours are typically 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday

      Basic qualifications:

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role

        Preferred Skills:

        • Facility Management experience

        • Experience leading a team of both full time employees and contractors

        • Ability to take ownership and make decisions independent of customer involvement (proactive)

        • Flexible working hours beyond a typical work week

            Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

            California $63,200 to $154,800

            Colorado $63,200 to $133,700

            New York $58,500 to $154,800
