Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credentialing Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage a team of up to 12-15 associates
Review provider applications and validate for mandatory/necessary
information
Ensure credentialing applications are tracked and monitored for
adherence to timelines and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of credentialing experience in the healthcare
industry
Experience working with credentialing systems
Ability to effectively lead a credentialing team
Willingness to learn new skills
Ability to coach the team to reach their full potential
