the end-to-end consumer journey and strategic marketing activities

teams at Inspire Brands work cross-functionally to maximize brand
performance. Individuals on the Brand Experience team will gain
exposure working with Brand Marketing and Commercial Group leaders;
in particular across Digital Retail, Customer Marketing, and
Consumer Insights. Because of the importance of Brand Experience,
were growing our team and have a number of open positions across
all levels. Some of the roles opening across the organization
include: Brand ExperienceCalendar Planning & Execution
ActivationsAll of these positions sit in our Atlanta-based Global
Support Center.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the development of data-driven marketing strategies that
support Go-To-Market plans for the national calendar
- Build strategic occasion-based plans including recommendations
for products and promotional support
- Work closely with key cross-functional partners to fully
articulate the vision and strategy needed to produce highly
successful results
- Recommend strategic direction of product-related occasions to
senior marketing management
- Monitor sales to diagnose trends or further understand where
fortification can be added to business occasions
- Develop product creative briefs for creative agency rooted in
consumer insights
- Manage cross-functional processes to ensure flawless
go-to-market execution
- Evaluate and recommend new pipeline products and opportunities
based on financial viability and brand fit
- Manage assessment of occasion-based performance, developing
real-time strategies to maintain business resultsQUALIFICATIONS:
- Required Minimum: 4-year degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, Statistics, or Social ScienceREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
or ABILITIES:
- A strong interest in learning, and the ability to pick up new
concepts quickly
- Strategically minded marketer with strong business acumen
- Deep understanding of brand DNA, including but not limited to
market size, competitive positioning, target consumer segments
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write
concisely and effectively, adapting messages to a range of
audiences
- Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help
shape the future at Inspire Brands
- Experience with applications like Excel, SQL, and Tableau
