Provides telephone technical support and troubleshooting assistance
on Getinge products for internal customers.
Serves as highest level LS Service Organization escalation
Works across functions (Service, Sales, Engineering and Marketing)
to assure effective deployment of new equipment and systems. This
will include providing technical support to Senior Service
Representatives and Area Service Managers in facilitation of the

issues to appropriate functions based on information received in
writing or via telephone. Work with Quality, Engineering and other
company functions in a team effort to address and resolve these
types of issues effectively.
Provides support for the Training and Development department by
assisting with the development of training sessions for new
equipment being released to the field and for new hire
Assists in the development and maintenance of documentation and
pricing PM agreements and PM packages. Assist service management
and/or Getinge supply chain in the development and release of
equipment modernization packages.
Assists Marketing as needed in the development of programs and
supportive literature to promote Service offerings and

and other forms of communication. Convey this information
effectively throughout the Service organization.
As a member of the Service Commercialization Team, provide
technical input that results in the successful release of Getinge
equipment into the applicable marketplaces.
Assures that operational expenses are controlled responsibly and
within budgetary guidelines and policies.
Assists Service management in formulating strategies, tactics and
action plans in support of corporate objectives and assume
responsibility for special projects and related duties as

Required Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Demonstrated high-level technical understanding and repair
proficiency of company products within the scope of the

Experience and Education Requirements:
A Bachelors' Degree in Engineering or a related discipline or
