The Global Divisional CIO for KCP will be a strategic member of the Global Business Technology Solutions team and will partner with other business functions to drive the digital roadmap for the Enterprise.
-Reporting to the Vice President, Business Technology Solutions, the Global Divisional CIO for KCP will lead in enabling, accelerating, and enhancing the business digital transformation agenda with focus on customer experience, design thinking, scalability, stability, and cost-effectiveness while executing delivery plans and ensuring business adoption and outcome delivery. S/he will be responsible for building the business capability and technology vision, roadmaps, plans and its execution. This is a high-profile, global position requiring an experienced business technology executive, steeped in digital transformation and platforms. A dynamic leader with a high level of business insight, passion for innovation, dynamic leadership skills, transformative mind-set, and a hyper-focus on making a positive business impact.
What You'll Do - Key Accountabilities

  • Develop strong relationships with KCP Global B2B business stakeholders to define, prioritize and deliver business strategic agenda, strategically anticipating business needs
  • Develop strong relationships with internal DTS organization ensuring that all functional and delivery groups are align and delivering against business strategy
  • Lead KCP B2B Global technology investment plans, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plans and vendor alternatives
  • Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO
  • Lead business technology strategy, technology roadmap options, technology optimization while aligning with business stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver
  • Lead delivery ensuring customer experience, design thinking, scalability, stability, best-in-class engineering, and cost-effectiveness are key aspects of delivered technology
  • Partner with business stakeholders to accelerate and improve the customer experience, business processes, and partner ecosystem opportunities in alignment with the KCP B2B Digitalization Agenda
  • Lead the movement to one data lake and the enablement of data driven / algorithm-based processes within the KCP B2B organization
  • Lead the enablement of agile and product methodology aligned with DTS methodology and business stakeholders
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a top performing team with future succession and career advancement in mind
  • Remove organizational barriers and foster strong teamwork, collaboration, and excellent service delivery
  • Lead in identifying and enabling business and technology trends that can create business value
  • Own data privacy and secure operations and compliance to Kimberly-Clark and DTS controls
    The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the following key skills:
    • 15+ years demonstrable strategic impact and delivery in the global Information Technology field, operating within an innovative and highly agile customer environment
    • Demonstrated B2B experience with focus in Digital transformation s (e.g. RPA, ML/AI, dev ops, etc.), Commercial transformation, Data and Analytics and Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformation
    • Hands-on experience designing and delivering best-in-class engineering and platforms using Agile and Product methodology approaches
    • Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment
    • Proven experience leading M&A, divestiture management
    • Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps
    • Hands-on experience leading consolidated data lakes, API's, and self-service platforms
    • Has led large teams but comfortable working and influencing in a matrix environment
    • Relevant ERP experience with SAP s/4 experience a distinct plus
    • Experience in large, complex consumer-oriented industries

      • Ability to translate complex business and technical topics into easy to understand, commercial business cases
      • A bias for action that leads to business results
      • Forward thinking leader focused on applying new capabilities and technologies and unlocking emerging capabilities that result in increased competitive advantage
      • Ability to partner cross-functionally in order to drive complex strategic projects
      • Sound business judgement, negotiation, vendor management and communication skills, including interactions at the executive levels
        Education CredentialsBachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
