ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Assist in all Fright Fest, Holiday in the Park, and event dcor set up and creation. Assist with the preparation and dcor of theatres, haunted houses, and performance spaces. Must be willing to work around common allergens (i.e. pollen, dust, hay, straw, latex, etc.) Ability to work as a team, collaborate, and follow verbal and written directions. Adhere to all department and company safety policies and standards. Ability to work on ladders and lifts frequently, and for long periods of time. Must have willingness to operate lifts and other machinery. Maintain overall daily cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Must be able to preserve confidential information. Other duties as assigned. SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS: Be at least 18 years of age. Be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language. Must be comfortable performing primary job duties, including climbing, working in high areas, working in confined spaces and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid Georgia drivers license and a good driving record. Must be able to maintain a positive work environment. Must be able to make confident decisions when completing projects. Must be able to work under pressure. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify creative solutions. Must have strong work ethic and communication skills. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
