Job Description:

Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for providing account management service and consulting to our clients.

Essential Duties:

Serve as lead point of contact for all clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships
Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services
Gain a deep understanding of the client's needs and their expectations
Use your outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and with clients
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client and consultant relationships
Ensure satisfaction with services, monitor, and maintain service level expectations, and perpetuate a best-in-class reputation
Provide interpretation and recommendations related to reports and provide it to customers on an ongoing basis
Effectively renew business within their book of business
Work with internal teams to resolve elevated service issues
Remain current on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expert
Responsible for ensuring that client needs are understood and satisfied
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Improving overall customer experience
Consult with clients on product offerings
Update job knowledge by participating in educations opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
Responsible for working with the Implementation team to onboard new clients
Other duties as required
