Instructional Designer Contractor REMOTE$40-$46 an hour Must Be US Person Bachelor's plus 2 years experience OR in lieu of bachelor's at least 6 years experienceSkills/Experience Needed: Instructional Design, MS PowerPoint, MS Office (Word, Excel), and Adobe Acrobat (updating and creating training materials)Excellent grammar and spelling required, self-starter, quality focused, attention to detail.* Ability to apply adult learning theory into relevant and engaging learning experiences for instructor-led training * Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into engaging curriculums that can be leveraged in the flow of work * Knowledge and practical application of learner-centered design * Creativity to design and develop engaging, effective learning resources * Highly organized and communicative project management skills * Partner with SMEs to design and develop impactful learning experience and resources*Assist with the design, develop, delivery and maintenance of training requirements, training material, and mediums through which training is communicated (e.g., e-learning, workshops, external vendors/speakers, etc.).Under general supervision of the Learning and Development Manager, the Instructional Designer Contractor will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to redesign instructor-led training materials to optimize learning. The Instructional Designer Contractor will communicate to the Learning and Development Manger the development and progress of the redesigned course materials.
