PHALEN LEADERSHIP ACADEMIES -www.phalenacademies.orgTitle Programs Compliance GeneralistWHAT YOU WILL DO: -PLA seeks a highly motivated and skilled -Title Programs Compliance Generalist who manages and coordinates with schools across the network to ensure that processes and procedures are followed accordingly to help schools meet Federal and State requirements.This role is part of the organization's Legal and Compliance team. You will report directly to the Associate Director of Compliance. This position is largely deadline-driven and requires a proactive work ethic and a highly organized workflow.Responsibilities include:

  • Implement a comprehensive plan to ensure all PLA schools follow Title Grant regulations and -related Federal, State, and Local laws and guidelines.
  • Work independently to coordinate the operational needs of District grant activities.
  • Time & -Effort staff report management
  • Assist with the monitoring of grant expenditures, and ensure programs are implemented within Federal rules and regulations.
  • Monitor and track Title funds allocated to the Local Educational Agency (LEA)
  • Help monitor the completion of Title I program school mandates.
  • Help prepare state and federal reports.
  • Keep abreast of newly enacted and proposed Federal, State, and local laws and guidelines that will impact Title I, Title III & Title IV internal processes and procedures.DO YOU HAVE?
    • -Bachelor's Degree
    • Strong knowledge of Title grants regulations and reporting requirements (Title I, II, III, IV)
    • Ability to plan, organize, manage, and implement successful tracking procedures.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail required.
    • Experience with overall data management and time-sensitive reporting procedures
    • -Capable of organizing tasks and working independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work in a data management and deadline-driven environment.
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google WorkspaceAND ARE YOU? -

      • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a fast learner
      • Able to set priorities and work efficiently in a remote setting
      • Able to work in a remote setting and supply your own equipment
