With a focus on empathy, efficiency and simplicity in all we do, we design useful, intuitive, industry-leading experiences for our clients and their customers.Join the XD team and you will work with a creative and collaborative team of user researchers, service designers, user experience architects, content strategists, front-end designers and more to enhance the everyday lives of people around the globe.About the Role:We are looking for a talented UX/UI designer to create amazing user experiences with our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to discover efficient and effective work flows, generate clean and artful design elements, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Uphold XD process and collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to engineering design reviews
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsBasic Qualifications:
    • BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years of proven UX/UI experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet
    • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
    • Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
    • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
    • Understanding of motion design for informing interactive experiences
    • Demonstrate understanding of Design Thinking activities
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
    • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
    • General understanding of the front-end development process, including HTML and CSS.
    • Ability to speak fluent English is a must.
