Responsibilities

The Lean Site Facilitator is part of a site team of internal resources who will champion and support the adoption of
sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable process improvements. These improvements will enhance patient care,
quality and safety as well as key business systems, by deploying a process improvement strategy utilizing Lean
concepts.
This individual supports the tactical implementation of a Lean roadmap as developed by the site executive leadership
team, as well as for deploying the WellStar Lean Strategy. The role will support Executive Sponsors, Process
Owners, physician and administrative leaders, and front-line staff. The role will facilitate improvement projects that
deliver sustained and measurable results, and challenge status quo thinking and resolve conflicts within teams to
ensure forward progress while breaking down barriers.
This position will report directly to the Director/Executive Director/AVP of Quality and Safety at their site, with a dotted
line to the AVP, WellStar LTO.

Onsite Monday through Friday
