challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Working with a team of conversion developers in ensuring
efficient, performant, and flexible implementation of conversion
mappings.
- Work closely with conversion analysts and testing team to meet
project milestones and in ensuring successful implementation
outcome
- Creates and implements development strategies that result in a
quick turnaround for conversion development, unit testing and
end-to-end testing
- Provide concise and accurate status to the PMO which includes
identification of risks and corresponding mitigation
strategies
- This is a hands-on developer role in addition to leading the
development team.
- Estimating resources, duration, environment needs for
conversion
- Identifying the right tools and processes for conversion based
on requirements
- Work towards creating a high-performance team and a positive,
nurturing environment
- Contribute to RFP/RFI efforts by providing clear, concise and
appropriate responses
- Develop standard data conversion processes, tools, templates
and methodologies to ensure consistency and predictability across
implementations
- Continually enhance deliverable and work product

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information
Systems, Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years experience with relational database management
systems and ETL tools
- 7+ years leading data conversion development team and
delivering large-scale conversion projects
- 7+ years experience driving work using MS Project or other
project management software
- 5+ years experience with tools such as Mulesoft,
Informatica
- Experience with EXCEL (must be able to create spreadsheets,
link between cells, create formulas, vlookup with very minimal
supervision)
- Demonstrate ability for solid verbal communication with ability
to summarize information--
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed based on project timeline
/ deliverablesPreferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience with HIPAA, X12, FHIR, HL7 healthcare data
formats--
- Experience with General Dynamics provider system data
model--
- Healthcare experience with MMIS experience--Careers with Optum.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island
or Washington residents is $101,200 to $184,000. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
