Job Description:

Here at Moderno, we focus on the installation and fabrication of large slab porcelain. You can see us in beautiful buildings and residential homes around the area! We are a growing company full of opportunities!Moderno is currently looking for experienced fabricators within the solid surface industry. Your responsibilities will be to fabricate porcelain slabs into beautiful works of art. You will be helping your Lead Installer with cutting, polishing, gluing, and carrying the slabs. This is a full-time job with benefits and a growing career. Pay starts at $16+ an hour with 40 hours guaranteed. -Note: Compensation is based on experience and/or transferable skillsAll you need to have is:

  • 2+ years of experience fabricating in the solid surface or similar industry
  • Experience with hand tools such as Makita, tile cutters, power saw, water polishers, etc.
  • Experience fabricating/cutting porcelain, marble, granite, or quartz
  • Fabricating edges such as Waterfall, Miter, Bullnose, etc.
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Be able to measure
  • Able to lift 80-100lbs
  • No prior convictions and background screening
  • At least 18 years of age
