Coordinate administrative and operational support activities for
programs designed to promote the Institute and its programs to
target audiences of potential students. This position will interact
on a consistent basis with: unit managers and staff, vendors. This
position typically will advise and counsel: NA. This position will
supervise: NA.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Prepare and assemble educational/promotional materials.
Job Duty 2 -
Plan and make arrangements for meetings, workshops and other events
in conjunction with specific outreach programs.
Job Duty 3 -
Plan and coordinate schedules for outreach related events.
Job Duty 4 -
Plan travel arrangements for outreach staff.
Job Duty 5 -
Perform administrative support functions for outreach program
including preparing correspondence, ordering/maintaining supplies,
maintaining databases, etc.
Job Duty 6 -
May perform finance related duties such as administer program
budgets, process purchases, record expenses, etc.
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Required Experience
Four to six years of job related experience
Proposed Salary
Salary Range $22.12 - $30.09Salary will commensurate with
experience and education
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
SKILLS
This job requires working knowledge in delivery of office support
administrative and financial services and project organization. Use
of office related computer applications is required.
