Are you ready to help us make the future?As a Sr Advanced Test
Engineer, you will be responsible for helping to lead a group of
test professionals to test products and report any findings to
responsible engineers or product developers. You will design and
develop test solutions in order to validate the requirements of
products. You will be required to use various laboratory test
equipment as well as to ensure the product's functionality and
quality. Key Responsibilities---Design Special Test Equipment (STE)
or Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for formal testing of
end products at the circuit card, LRU, or system level
---Participate in and lead Failure Review Board investigations
---Create and/or review test plans, test procedures, and test
reports
---Perform prototype, design verification testing (DVT) and formal
qualification testing.
YOU MUST HAVE---Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer
Science
---Minimum of 6 years of related experience in Test Engineering
---Must be a US citizen with the ability and willingness to obtain
a Security Clearance (Secret/Top Secret)WE VALUE---Experience with
RF test equipment (Examples: Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators
and Network Analyzers)
---Experience with standard laboratory test equipment (Examples: AC
and DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters)
---Experience performing antenna range measurements
---Experience performing formal Qualification testing (Examples:
DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461)
---Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
---Ability to plan and execute project subtasks in order to meet
program schedules and customer specifications
---Ability to conduct project status and process presentations for
leadership and external customers
---Ability to generate clear and precise technical
documentation
---Ability to work in a team environment
---Ability to work in a cross-functional, globalized team
environment
---Good oral and written communication skills
---Proven track record developing test solutions
---Basic computer skills (Visio, Word, Excel, MS Project)
---Highly motivated
---Capability to self-correct problems and work independently with
minimal direction
---Ability to travel (up to 30%)
