Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide customer service support to all of our DAS locations; responding to all reviews in a timely manner, responding to BBB complaints, and responding to chargebacks. You will also be responsible for timely responses to customers, documenting appropriately, and following up. As a newer role, you will be tasked with taking what's been established and bringing creative solutions to expand and develop the customer service department and role.

*RESPONSIBILITIES: *

* Supervise day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
* Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner, documenting thoroughly and following up with the appropriate parties.
* Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
* Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
* Create and deliver customer service training throughout the company.
* Create monthly and quarterly reports for operations to review many key indicators in customer service.
* Develop and maintain relationships with all departments and gain an understanding of their business needs.
* Develop the role and department further using your experience and creative solutions.
* Supporting other departments as needed.

*Requirements: *

* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ years of relevant customer service experience, preferably with experience in the Automotive Industry.
* Intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Training experience preferred.
* Detailed oriented with excellent planning and organization skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Graphic Design experience preferred.
* Must have initiative and the ability to work in a team-environment or independently
* Team player that openly participates and handle projects requested by management and works effectively across all departments.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
