Responsibilities









Program OverviewYouth Villages' Residential Treatment programs serve children with emotional and behavioral problems. - Our residential campuses provide the setting for an intensive treatment program that combines the unique balance of structure and freedom. This enables children and their families to identify, understand and cope with their individual needs and develop the skills necessary to succeed in less restrictive settings. - We have three different types of facilities-Intensive Residential Centers, Open Campuses, and Group Homes. - Located in Tennessee and Georgia, all of these facilities utilize the Re-Education of Emotionally Disturbed Children therapy model (Re-Ed). -Position OverviewEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Coordinate and attend all necessary daily and weekly meetings
  • Plan and implement membership development trainings
  • Ensure required documentation and evaluations are produced in timely manner
  • Guide and supervise team leaders in completing monthly reports
  • Maintain van maintenance schedules
  • Inventory equipment and ensure housing codes are being met and maintained
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring of new members
  • Administer code of conduct and track member hours
  • Address and solve on site challenges in line with policy and procedure
  • Assist with post service transition of Corps members
  • Cover for team leader in them leader absence
