Job Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Patient Connection Associate will answer incoming calls serving as First Call Resolution in order to address the appropriate course of action. The Patient Connection Center II Associate is responsible for pre-registering and scheduling basic patient encounters utilizing excellent customer services standards.

RequirementsMINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:High school diploma or GEDMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:1 year of related customer facing healthcare experience.MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:NoneADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrated understanding of basic medical terminology preferred.
