And we're on the hunt for a new Communications Specialist to help head up our growing team and spearhead growth for us in this sector.


  • Work closely with the Program Lead to develop intra- and cross-functional communications that align with and support the change management for the U.S audiences.
    • Lead internal communications, including monthly leadership newsletter.
      • Serve as key partner for communications across functional teams.
        • Engage regularly in related meetings across teams as relevant to change communications, supports partner contacts and senior leader(s).
          • Support change narrative that gives the key audiences (field, home office, etc.) context for the DBT initiatives and how they align with the organizational mission and vision. This role will work closely with the main change management partners to craft the narrative.
            • Supports content planning, material drafting, and message consistency for the transformation change communications and initiatives.
              • Connect dots on DBT with business needs through U.S. communications to specific audiences (field, home office, etc.)
                • Work with the Learning & Development Lead and the overall change management partner to transform and update SharePoint sites such as 'The Hub' which serves as a centralized resource for communications & training related to DBT.Internal Communications
                  • Write, design, and distribute weekly newsletter to all U.S. employee and contractorsCreate and schedule digital signage in UCB's internal digital signage system
                    • Design and distribute internal email communications using the internal email software system
                      • Oversee ongoing updating and maintenance of U.S. intranet site, including back-end content management
                        • Create and maintain MS Forms surveys, MS Teams, and SharePoint sites as needed
                          • Periodically compile metrics for digital internal communications
                            • Support cross-functional internal communications needs as needed
