administrative skills.We are seeking an Executive Business
Administrator to provide support for the Corporate Vice President
of the Global Partner Solutions, US (GPSUS) team within the US
Subsidiary. When you join GPSUS, you are joining a family of

life.**Responsibilities**+ This position requires strong attention
to detail and problem-solving skills.+ Ability to manage complex
and fluid calendars, including the ROB calendar. Schedule and
coordinate internal and external meetings.+ Travel management -
proactively plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements both
domestic and internationally.+ Act as a lead for a 9-person (5 FTE
and 4 vendor) EA team including running monthly meetings, 1:1's,
mentorship, etc.+ Support for morale and All Hands events,
quarterly business updates, weekly LT meetings and other regular
occurring meetings.+ Manage headcount, process requisitions,
position status changes, maintaining organizational charts and
onboard new hires for CVP directs.+ Ownership of GPSUS and MSUS
award programs.+ Partner closely with Chief of Staff and/or
Business Manager to identify and complete special business support
projects, as requested.+ Ensure compliance with administrative
operation policies & procedures.+ Maintain high integrity,
confidentiality, and excellent customer service skills.+
Consistently demonstrate can-do attitude; eagerness and ability to
work effectively under pressure with significant time constraints,
and in ambiguous and complex situations.+ Prepare and approve
expense reports with a strong understanding of compliancy.+ Manage
and own mailbox and system accounts as well as DLs.+ Some travel
and overtime required.**Qualifications****Required
Qualifications**+ 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or
customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on
scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration
work for executive/upper level management.**Preferred
Qualifications**+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g.,
Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing,
Communications, Psychology, Sociology)+ OR equivalent experience.+
4+ years experience serving as mentor or direct/indirect (e.g.,
team leader) supervisor to others.+ 5+ years experience reviewing
and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale,
travel, training).+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote,
and SharePoint.+ Must be a strong team player who will demonstrate
drive and initiative with a positive and professional approach.+
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and action
oriented.+ Ability to work effectively under pressure within
shortened time constraints, act with appropriate urgency and
willingly.+ Planning & organizing - effectively implement and
monitor moderately complex plans and schedules.+ Communication -
excellent verbal and written communication skills.+ Collaboration -
builds effective working relationships inside and outside the
group.+ Problem solving - Possess solid project-management and
problem-solving skills with a creative approach towards solving
day-to-day complexities.+ Flexibility - able to change direction in
response to changing work situations. Ability to react with
appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick
response and/or turnaround. Execute in ambiguous and complex
situations, prioritizing and juggling multiple projects
simultaneously.+ Maintains confidentiality of information and uses
discretion and judgment in discussing information about people, the
group, and/or Microsoft. Comfort in managing sensitive or personal
matters with tact and utmost confidentiality.+ Precision
questioning - asks clarifying questions to ensure understanding.+
