Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer subcontracts, task orders and subsequent
modifications consistent with client requirements, government
regulations and procurement policies and procedures
- Conduct subcontract competitions, prepare cost or price
analysis and negotiate terms and conditions
- Monitor subcontractors' performance, including tracking
deliverables
- Review and resolve subcontractor issues affecting subcontractor
performance and ensure subcontractor compliance with legal
requirements, company policies and customer objectives
- Participate in teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreement
negotiations
- Daily interactions with the program team, finance, legal, and
other functional teams regarding subcontract negotiation,
preparation, and monitoring
- Prepare and disseminate information regarding subcontract
status, compliance modification, deviation, negotiation and
termination
- May assist in the research, development, and modification of
procurement policies and procedures
- Assist Small Business Liaison Officer with efforts to identify
and subcontract with small business entities in compliance with
Small Business Subcontracting Plans
- Ensuring any required federal contract flow downs are

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in subcontracting in a federal government
contracting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualification:

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range
for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for
Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based
on several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
