The role of a Clinical Sourcing Specialist is to mine various medias for healthcare candidates who are interested in learning more about ScionHealth hospitals and warm pass them to a clinical recruiter. This role must be able to move at a very fast pace, have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment. This position has potential to move into a clinical recruiter role based on performance and availability.Job Requirements:Minimum EducationX Bachelor's degree X Required Or at least 4 years of experience sourcing and OR recruiting clinical professionals OR significant, broad experience in a clinical profession sufficient to evaluate candidates evaluate candidates qualifications and make effective sourcing recommendations to the clinical Talent Acquisition Partner.Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
